Behaviour for Learning

Behaviour for Learning focuses not just on children behaving well, it also encourages them to actively listen, speak and fully engage; demonstrating their good learning behaviour.

There are a number of different strategies that a teacher can use to improve a child's behaviour for learning and you can find these in the behaviour strategies section.

There are also a small number of children who display more challenging behaviour in the classroom and advice for how you can support these children is also available.
